Carson Fronterhouse

DIRECTOR

Carson joined Todd Interests in the Spring of 2022, bringing a strong background in acquisition underwriting and financing. 

Prior to joining the firm, Carson began his career as a financial analyst at J.P. Morgan, where he underwrote, syndicated, and closed over $1 billion in acquisition financing across the upstream, midstream and oilfield service sectors. He then served as a Vice President at FDL Energy, an energy private equity firm with over $3.5 billion of capital under management. At FDL, Carson led the evaluation and analysis on transactions representing in excess of $2 billion in enterprise value. While at FDL Energy, Carson was responsible for sourcing new investments, transaction analysis, fundraising, and monitoring FDL’s portfolio companies.

Carson received a B.B.A. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Carson and his wife, Katie, are actively involved at Watermark Community Church, and enjoy spending time playing golf, snow skiing, and traveling to new places.
