About Cambria Dallas
Cambria Dallas was developed by the Todd Interests team in 2017. This was Cambria’s first location for Choice Hotels and is positioned on Elm Street in Downtown Dallas. Todd Interests was able to secure historical tax credits for this 23-story, historic Tower Petroleum Building with stunning original Art Deco design. The Todd Interests team served in the fee developer role for the 177-room Cambria Dallas.
