Todd Interests is a real estate investment firm that believes there is no monopoly on creativity and hard work. We value the time proven principles of placing ourselves in someone else's shoes, to appreciate their perspective and to treat others in the same manner we want to be treated.

Over the past 25 years, we have prioritized being properly "aligned" with our Partners. 

We have been fortunate to have acquired, developed, re-purposed and sold many a successful real estate deal while not wavering on our core values.
