Clint Corn is a Partner at Todd Interests, where he focuses on investment strategy and sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Todd Interests, Mr. Corn was a Managing Director at Koch Industries, where he led complex equity and structured finance investments across North America and Europe. Prior to Koch, Mr. Corn founded and led Maize Partners, a private real estate investment business on behalf of several family offices. Prior to Maize, he worked at Ares Management where he focused on strategic M&A including the acquisitions of AREA Property Partners and Wrightwood Capital, along with the IPO of Ares Commercial Real Estate (NYSE: ACRE). He began his career in real estate capital markets at HFF in 2004. Mr. Corn previously served on the Board of Directors at The Amherst Group (diversified asset manager and SFR platform) and Growers Ag (precision agriculture technology company). 

Mr. Corn received a BBA with a dual concentration in Finance and Economics from Texas Tech University, where he graduated with distinction.
