Hayley Haught

Chief of Staff

Hayley joined the firm as Chief of Staff and brings marketing experience to the Todd Interests team. She helps coordinate and execute marketing efforts and ensures streamlined activities to help position Todd Interests as a strategic leader – all while serving as Shawn’s confidante and right hand.

Hayley received a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Marketing from Abilene Christian University and continues her education at Southern Methodist University. Prior to joining our firm, she pursued her career as a marketing professional working in the technology industry.
